Let us tell you about the opportunity
To assist in the delivery of business objectives, and to provide dedicated support and assistance to CRE SLT and lending Managers in the transaction execution of commercial mortgage, property development and specialist lending applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
What would your day look like?
- Case management on the Finnova/DPR System to ensure delivery of quality data input and management on all cases, ensuring 100% integrity of information quality, from application through to legal completion.
- Maintenance of updating of all relevant SOPS required to support business processes.
- Completion of CDD checks for approval by Lending manager.
- Producing accurate / right first time Offer Letters once case approved by Credit Team. and Credit
- Obtaining legal, Valuation and IMS quotes and issue instruction letters as required.
- Chasing and diarising Offers Issued for timely acceptance.
- Prepare CP checklist.
- Ensure all CPs set in the offer are satisfied to ensure progress of case to completion in timely manner
- Suspense account management: allocation and amendment of fees as required.
- Set up Borrower folders for Credit Stewardship saving all key information
- Working with Credit Delivery throughout the process to ensure delivery of new business aligned to credit sanction and smooth handover to Credit Stewardship.
- Completions checklist and full instructions to CRE Ops for payout.
What do we expect of you?
- Ability to work on own initiative, a self-starter, capable of working in a high volume, fast paced environment, maintaining, attention to detail, personal motivation, drive and successful performance.
- Some knowledge / experience within the Commercial Real Estate sector generally, with a knowledge of the products and loan structures available from other Lenders in the market.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Finnova Platform.
- An understanding of legal/security requirements, property valuation issues, and banking processes to assist in transaction execution.
- Ability to work in a team to assist in delivery of business objectives.
- A good understanding of post approval processes to ensure due diligence is completed as required to facilitate an efficient customer journey and loan completion.
- Ensure that market, sector and regulatory knowledge is continuously developed and maintained.
