AldermanWhite School is seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and professional Attendanceand Inclusion Administration Officer to join our dedicated Inclusion & Attendance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who ispassionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference tothe lives of our students.

Workingclosely with the Schools Inclusion, Attendance Team and wider school staff, youwill provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the effectivedelivery school inclusion, attendance and wider school administrative services. You Will play a key role in helping the school provide an inclusive, supportiveenvironment where every student can thrive.

The Role

Asthe Attendance and Inclusion AdministrationOfficer,you will:

  • Provideadministrative support to the School's Welfare and Attendance Officer
  • Maintainaccurate student records and confidential documentation in line with GDPR andthe school MIS system requirements.
  • Assistwith the coordination of student registers, meetings and annual reviews,including preparing paperwork and taking minutes where required.
  • Supportthe attendance processes, including communication with families and externalagencies.
  • Workcollaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure effectiveadministration across the school.
  • Buildpositive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, carers andexternal support services.
  • Respondto enquiries from families and professionals in a friendly, helpful and timelymanner.
  • Provideadministrative support to the SEND team including minute-taking for meetingsincluding EHCP annual reviews.
  • Supportthe supervision and organisation of the Student Reception area, maintainingschool routines and expectations, resolving issues where possible or referringthese to the appropriate colleague.
  • Provideadministrative support for funding applications, referrals and EHCapplications.
  • Coordinatemeeting schedules with parents and carers, external agencies, and localauthority professionals on behalf of the SEND team.
  • Supportthe maintenance of up-to-date SEND and inclusion registers, student files, anddigital tracking records on the school system (Bromcom) and CPOMS.
  • Be a confident first aider or willingness toundergo First Aid training
