Location: Alderman Cogan's Church of England Primary

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30 with an hour's lunch. To be worked during the school term time

Salary: £25,614 - £26,427 Actual salary: £17,972 - £18,542

Contract: Fixed term until 31.08.2027

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.

About you

  • Be confident in using a wide range of IT systems - full training will be provided
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone
  • Have the ability to manage your workload efficiently
  • Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part of this role will be to monitor pupils' absences and report on this where necessary
