Aldergate Medical Practice is seeking a caring and motivated Pharmacist to join our welcoming team, working closely with GPs and our prescriptions team to optimise medicines and ensure patient safety.
The successful candidate will lead Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs), review prescribing in line with best practice, support medicines optimisation initiatives and contribute to governance, education and service development in our supportive primary care setting.
