As a Laundry Assistant, you will manage all residents' personal clothing and home linen with care, ensuring items are cleaned, labelled, and returned appropriately. You will maintain the laundry area to high standards, follow all statutory and organisational guidance including Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, and ensure all equipment is in safe working order. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a clean, organised environment. You will also work closely with other staff, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace that enhances residents' daily lives.

Alderbrook Care Home, based in Leeds, will specialise in complex physical and mental health needs for 140 residents. We are creating a supportive, specialist environment where residents feel valued, respected and truly at home. We are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous Laundry Assistant to join our team.
