About You
- You’re a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- While care home experience is a plus, what really matters is your passion for care and your dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You have a natural ability to connect with people\"residents, families, and colleagues alike\"bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanour to every interaction.
