Applicants must be 17 or over. This is because, under the Ofsted‑regulated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, staff must be at least 17 to be counted in statutory staff‑to‑child ratios. This ensures we can meet our legal duties for safeguarding, supervision, and the quality of care provided.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced criminal records check.
