Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the professional and efficient administration of student attendance and records.
  • Liaise with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support student attendance and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Play a key part in the daily operations of the busy school office.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of management information systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident communicator who works well under pressure.
  • Committed to building positive relationships to support student progress.
  • Work Conditions
  • Permanent appointment, subject to a 6‑month probationary period.
  • 36 hours per week, term‑time only (including training days).
  • 5 additional days required during the summer holidays; no holidays can be taken during term time.
