Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the professional and efficient administration of student attendance and records.
- Liaise with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support student attendance and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date student records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Play a key part in the daily operations of the busy school office.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of management information systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident communicator who works well under pressure.
- Committed to building positive relationships to support student progress.
- Work Conditions
- Permanent appointment, subject to a 6‑month probationary period.
- 36 hours per week, term‑time only (including training days).
- 5 additional days required during the summer holidays; no holidays can be taken during term time.
