Salary: Pay Band 5CP0 - £43,128 FTE
Part Time, 2 days per week, 15 hours per week ( 8.30am to 4.30pm)
One Year Fixed Term Contract
Actual salary will be based on hours worked and term time only calculations
Aldenham School is seeking an experienced, empathetic and highly qualified School Counsellor to join our Pastoral Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people and promoting a caring and supportive environment for pupils to share their concerns.
The successful candidate will primarily work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support to thrive at School. A flexible approach and the ability to respect the confidentiality of clients whilst recognising key safeguarding obligations is essential.
