Salary 3AP0 (£27,260 FTE) Actual salary circa £22,423
40 hours per week inclusive of weekends and evenings (including overnight on call duties). Actual salary will be based on hours worked and term time only calculations.

We are seeking a committed Girls Boarding House Assistant to join our team to play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day running of a girl's Boarding House and the provision of high-quality pastoral care. The role takes an active interest in the welfare, progress and personal development of students and is key in developing a strong sense of belonging and enhancing the overall boarding experience.
The successful candidate will be a valued and visible presence in the daily life of Boarders. Suitable candidates should be approachable and personable with a confident and positive demeanour. A caring and supportive approach and a commitment to getting the best outcomes for all students is essential.
