We are currently seeking a talented Senior Lighting Designer to become a key member of our award-winning architectural lighting team based in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, prestigious projects across the UK in sectors including commercial, retail, and leisure. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams—from initial concept through to project completion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage lighting design projects from concept to delivery
- Create detailed, high-quality lighting designs that align with client visions
- Present design concepts clearly to clients, architects, and project teams
- Conduct site visits for commissioning, reviews, and snagging
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Work collaboratively across multiple offices with occasional UK travel
- Contribute to the company's sustainability and environmental goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in a design-related field or LIA qualification
- Strong background in architectural lighting design
- Experience in a lighting design or building services consultancy
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Dialux, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with rendering tools and Photoshop (desirable)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
