Sector Specialist to develop business opportunities across the Custodial and Secure Healthcare sectors throughout London and the Southeast.
The Opportunity
This is more than a sales role.
You'll become a trusted adviser to consultants, contractors, end users and key stakeholders across two highly specialised sectors.
Working closely with an established sales team, you'll identify opportunities, influence specifications, develop long-term client relationships and help strengthen the organisation's position as a leading supplier within secure environments.

Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of developing sales growth within the Custodial and Secure Healthcare sectors by:
- Building and executing a clear territory and sector growth strategy.
- Identifying, qualifying and securing new project opportunities.
- Influencing lighting specifications at design and planning stages.
- Managing projects through the sales cycle from concept through to order placement.
- Developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, wholesalers and end users.
- Acting as a sector expert and trusted adviser to customers.
- Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.
- Demonstrating products, presenting new solutions and delivering technical sales presentations.
- Working closely with customer service, marketing and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
The role will involve visiting customer sites, including custodial facilities, secure healthcare institutions and construction projects.
