We are currently partnering with a growing Building Services consultancy seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative design environment delivering a broad range of complex building projects across the commercial sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the production and coordination of detailed MEP drawings and BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary project teams from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit MEP models and drawings
• Develop 3D building services systems for mechanical, electrical and public health services
• Work closely with engineers and design teams to support project delivery
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
• Ensure drawings and deliverables meet project standards and deadlines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records
• Support quality assurance processes and internal BIM procedures
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including architectural and structural disciplines

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Revit Technician within Building Services
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Experience producing coordinated MEP drawings and models
• Knowledge of HVAC, pipework and building services systems
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and Navisworks coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines
• Experience working within a consultancy environment would be advantageous
