Reporting to: Marketing Manager

About the Role: The Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activity that supports LightGraphix's brand, campaigns, exhibitions, and ongoing content programme. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid experience who can operate with confidence, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver marketing activity with minimal supervision. The role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent, high-quality presence across digital channels and supporting campaigns and launches at pace. This role owns the content engine — creating, producing, and delivering high-quality written and visual content at pace, aligned to campaigns and directly supporting sales and conversion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content, Social & Communications: Own and deliver the social media content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and on-brand. Write and deliver marketing content including newsletters, press releases, blog posts, case studies, video and campaign copy. Maintain a steady rhythm of content through management of the press, blog, and content calendar. Create high-quality visual content directly, including filming, shooting, and editing, often working with limited resources or small budgets. Actively mine the projects and case studies pipeline by working with the wider team to identify, gather, and develop material. Ensure all content aligns to brand narrative and content pillars, with a focus on quality, clarity, and commercial relevance.
  • Digital & Website: Update and maintain the website, including product pages, news, and project features. Manage CMS updates and content changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Campaigns, Exhibitions & Projects: Support the execution of structured campaigns (e.g. Masters Series, Detail Matters, product launches), ensuring consistent content delivery across channels. Play an active role in delivering priority projects such as the rebrand and new website rollout. Coordinate marketing activity to ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time.
  • Collaboration, Reporting & Delivery: Work closely with the Graphic Designer to brief, coordinate, and deliver creative assets. Work with the Marketing Manager on content creation, research, reporting, and project delivery. Track and analyse marketing activity performance, using insight to inform future delivery. Maintain internal marketing systems, including asset libraries and brand documentation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the content calendar across all key channels.
  • Create high-quality written and visual content aligned to campaigns and brand narrative.
  • Proactively source and develop project and case study material from across the business.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across all digital channels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a design-led, architecture, lighting, or built environment business.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels.
  • Strong creative eye with experience producing high-quality content for digital channels, including hands-on filming and content creation.
  • Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
  • Confident using website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and email marketing tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) for basic design edits and content adaptation.
  • Strong project management, presentation, data analysis, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Detail-oriented, with high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Confident collaborating with creatives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a small, specialist team.
  • Self-sufficient, reliable, and able to operate without constant supervision.
