Sales & Technical Advisor - Role Profile Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising with customers via telephone & email
- Answer queries and obtain relevant information. Advising customers on order status e.g., stock availability, delivery updates
- Printing of email orders, replying to customer via email
- Raising customer invoices, orders & works orders
- Using the company system to input sales orders whilst checking prices against customers own price list.
- Using the company system to raise works orders for production of manufactured items.
- Checking orders raised by other staff for errors such as delivery addresses, product codes and quantities, prices
- Liaise with accounts where relevant to ensure customer account is up to date.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Liaising with production & warehouse team
- General office admin duties
