With over 230 years of heritage, Aldens is one of the UK’s leading catering butchers—trusted by schools, colleges, hotels, and restaurants for premium quality meat. We have recently moved into a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Bicester andwe’re looking for experiencedButchersto join our friendly, dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef and lamb to specification
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Keep workstations clean and organised
• Collaborate with a supportive and skilled team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knife skills and butchery experience (beef/lamb)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
