A well-established joinery and fit-out business is looking to bring in an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their pre-construction team. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate costings on bespoke joinery projects, working closely with internal teams and clients from enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Carry out take-offs and price materials, labour, and time
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings
- Liaise with design and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Support tender submissions and project handovers
Requirements
