CNC Operator - Joinery
We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer producing high-quality furniture, interiors and joinery for commercial, hospitality and retail projects.
Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and accuracy.
The Role
- Set up and operate CNC woodworking machinery.
- Manufacture bespoke joinery components from technical drawings and production schedules.
- Load materials and monitor machining processes.
- Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain machinery and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC woodworking machinery within a joinery or cabinet manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with CNC software such as Cabinet Vision, Wood WOP, Alpha CAM, Biesse Works or similar would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good understanding of woodworking materials and machining processes.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
