We are working with an established specialist joinery contractor that designs, manufactures and installs high-quality bespoke joinery across high end residential and commercial projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee joinery installation packages across London and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage bespoke joinery installations from site commencement through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and installation programmes
- Liaise with main contractors, project managers, designers and other trades
- Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues
- Manage health and safety documentation, including RAMS and site inductions
- Carry out quality checks, snagging and final handovers
- Report project progress to the internal management team
Requirements
- Previous Site Management experience within bespoke joinery or specialist interior fit-out
- High-end residential joinery experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, panelling and architectural joinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS
