We are working with an established specialist joinery contractor that designs, manufactures and installs high-quality bespoke joinery across high end residential and commercial projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee joinery installation packages across London and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bespoke joinery installations from site commencement through to completion
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and installation programmes
  • Liaise with main contractors, project managers, designers and other trades
  • Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification
  • Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues
  • Manage health and safety documentation, including RAMS and site inductions
  • Carry out quality checks, snagging and final handovers
  • Report project progress to the internal management team

Requirements

  • Previous Site Management experience within bespoke joinery or specialist interior fit-out
  • High-end residential joinery experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, panelling and architectural joinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS
