A well-established joinery and fit‑out business is looking to bring in an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their pre‑construction team. You'll be responsible for producing accurate costings on bespoke joinery projects, working closely with internal teams and clients from enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for bespoke joinery and interior fit‑out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Carry out take‑offs and price materials, labour, and time
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings
- Liaise with design and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Support tender submissions and project handovers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Joinery Estimator
