Estimator - Interior Fit‑Out / Joinery Salary: Up to £50,000 I’m currently working with a well‑established interior fit‑out and specialist joinery contractor who is looking to bring in an experienced Estimator to support their growing pipeline of projects across commercial, retail, education and leisure sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a business that delivers full turnkey fit‑out solutions, with in‑house capabilities including bespoke joinery, ceilings, flooring and partitioning. The Role You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of fit‑out and joinery projects, working closely with the commercial and project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders and pricing submissions Review drawings, specifications and project requirements Take‑offs and measurement of materials, labour and subcontract packages Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project handover Attend client meetings where required to support tender submissions Requirements Proven experience as an Estimator within Joinery interior fit‑out or construction Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing and installation processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Commercial awareness Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Package Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Opportunity to join a well‑established and growing business Exposure to a wide range of high‑quality joinery and interior fit‑out projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
