I’m working with a specialist contractor delivering high-end bespoke joinery across luxury residential and commercial projects. They’re looking to appoint a Joinery CAD Designer to support the design and technical delivery of detailed joinery packages — with the flexibility to work remotely.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery, working closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed drawings for bespoke joinery items and full packages
- Develop technical drawings from concept through to manufacture
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and ready for production
- Coordinate with design, project, and production teams to resolve technical details
- Interpret architectural drawings, briefs, and specifications into workable joinery solutions
- Maintain drawing registers and version control
What They’re Looking For
- Experience as a Joinery CAD Designer / Technician within bespoke joinery or interiors
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience producing detailed workshop / manufacturing drawings
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Desirable
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial joinery projects
- Exposure to additional design software (advantageous)
