Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Bench Joiner to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing a wide variety of bespoke joinery items to exacting standards, working from detailed technical drawings and in collaboration with our design and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications accurately.

• Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Assemble components with precision, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship at every stage.

• Work with hardwoods, veneers, MDF, laminates, and specialist materials.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop setting.

• Proven ability to produce high-end bespoke joinery with exceptional accuracy and finish.

• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and materials.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
