We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke high end joinery and interior fit-out specialist for an experienced Joinery Quality Assurance Manager. This is a key position within the business, acting as the link between the design, manufacturing and site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with programme requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects from design through to manufacture and installation.
- Review technical drawings before they're released for production.
- Organise design reviews, site surveys and coordination meetings.
- Produce and maintain project programmes and progress updates.
- Manage the sample approval process and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
- Oversee the handover of drawing packages to the workshop and site teams.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to keep projects moving.
- Raise project variations where required and support the commercial team.
- Help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within bespoke high end joinery.
- Strong understanding of the joinery manufacturing and installation process.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
