Im currently recruiting for a Goods In / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced business within the interiors/joinery sector. This role would suit someone who is organised, hands-on, and comfortable working within a warehouse environment handling deliveries, stock control, and goods preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking in supplier deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders
- Assisting with the safe handling of products including glass and mirrors
- Accurately labelling, wrapping, and storing stock in the correct locations
- Supporting with stock counts for project stock, free stock, and consumables
- Recording returned items from site accurately
- Picking, wrapping, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch to site
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or goods-in experience preferred
- Valid forklift licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
