We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy contractor delivering bespoke joinery, shopfitting and retail fit-out projects across the UK. Working with major retail brands, you'll be responsible for managing projects from survey and pre-start through to installation and handover, ensuring programmes, quality and client expectations are met throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing retail fit-out and shopfitting projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, joinery installers and suppliers.
  • Managing project programmes, budgets and site progress.
  • Working closely with the in-house joinery manufacturing team.
  • Attending site and client meetings.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
  • Managing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.
  • Resolving site issues and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Project Management experience within shopfitting or retail fit-out.
  • Strong understanding of joinery manufacture and installation processes.
  • Experience delivering fast-track retail projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
