An established bespoke joinery manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced

Joinery Sprayer to join its growing workshop team.

Working on a range of high-quality bespoke joinery, cabinetry and furniture, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes on projects for commercial and high-end residential clients.

The company manufactures specialist joinery including bespoke cabinetry, architectural joinery and interior fit-out products.

The Role Prepare MDF, hardwood and veneered components ready for finishing.

Apply primer, base coats, lacquers and top coats to a consistently high standard.

Colour match finishes where required.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before dispatch.

Maintain spray equipment and spray booth.

Keep the finishing area clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.

Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.

About You Previous experience as a Joinery Sprayer, Furniture Sprayer or Spray Finisher.

Experience spraying bespoke joinery, furniture or cabinetry.

Knowledge of preparation techniques, primers, lacquers and finishing products.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.

Able to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.

Good understanding of safe working practices within a spray shop.

Package Permanent, full-time position. Overtime available. Opportunity to work on high-quality bespoke joinery projects within a well-established manufacturer.
