Im currently working with a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer who specialise in high-quality timber products across residential and commercial projects. Theyre looking to bring an experienced Bench Joiner into their workshop team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, workshop-based position producing a wide range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard. Youll be working on detailed, custom pieces includingwindows, doors, cabinetry, stairs, and fitted joinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings
• Produce high-qualitytimber windows, doors, cabinetry, panelling, and stair components
• Work with a range of hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
• Ensure all work meets strict quality and finishing standards
• Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on bespoke requirements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment
• Strong experience producingwindows and doorsalongside general joinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
