The Role This is a hands-on, workshop-based position producing a wide range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard. Youll be working on detailed, custom pieces including windows, doors, cabinetry, stairs, and fitted joinery .
Key Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings Produce high-quality timber windows, doors, cabinetry, panelling, and stair components Work with a range of hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials Ensure all work meets strict quality and finishing standards Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on bespoke requirements Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
