We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer specialising in traditional timber windows, doors and heritage joinery
. Based in a fully equipped workshop, this role is ideal for an experienced Bench Joiner who takes pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship. Around
- 80% of the work focuses on traditional joinery
- , including timber windows and doors, with the remaining
- 20% covering bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and fitted furniture
The Role
- Manufacture traditional timber windows, doors and heritage joinery from technical drawings.
- Produce high-quality joinery using both hardwoods and softwoods.
- Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout production.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a
Bench Joiner within a workshop environment.
- Strong experience manufacturing traditional timber windows and doors.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Competent using standard woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- A positive attitude with pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery.

- £18.00 - £22.50 per hour, depending on experience.
