As part of a strategic programme in the nuclear sector, we are looking for an Expert Planning professional to work on-site. You will join a large-scale industrial project in the construction phase, with a strong focus on planning performance optimisation. Your role will be key in structuring, consolidating, and optimising the overall schedule, with the ambitious goal of significantly reducing construction lead times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, structure, and manage the overall programme schedule for the optimisation projects
- Define and challenge planning assumptions in coordination with project teams
- Implement strategies to optimise project timelines
- Identify critical paths and propose levers to accelerate construction activities
- Analyse schedule deviations and implement corrective action plans
- Act as the main planning reference point for all stakeholders (technical teams, management, client)
- Coordinate interfaces between different disciplines to ensure overall schedule consistency
- Participate in steering committees and provide reliable performance indicators
- Actively contribute to the objective of reducing construction timelines
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years' experience in complex industrial project planning
- Fluent English, written and spoken (including ability to lead meetings)
- Experience on site (construction and/or installation) in the nuclear sector
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6)
- Strong understanding of international environments
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple interfaces
- Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to summarise complex information
