Support Business Planning and Investment Analysis Processes
- Support rigorous financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and reviewal of investment proposals by businesses lines (AM/DM)
- Contribute to the identification of key risk drivers of financial underwriting from feasibility models and commercial considerations of proposed transactions
Capital Allocation
- Analyze project financing structures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build financial model, deliver required financial analysis and draft briefing materials for management
- Participate in fund raising activities and help set up appropriate fund structures
- Analyze and implement working capital and off-plan financing solutions
- Support the execution of periodic reviews of group return hurdles and cost of capital
- Execute ad-hoc credit analysis and support in dealing with credit rating agency
- Provide data for data-driven recommendations regarding the company’s strategic objectives, particularly on capital allocation decisions and strategic planning
- Run analysis of the company’s financial structure and various options/sources of capital, including impact on credit rating.
