Experienced Bank Support Worker

Aldanat Care Services is looking for experienced Bank Support Workers to provide flexible cover at our new services in Harwich. You will support adults with a learning disability and complex needs in their own bungalow, helping them live safely and as independently as possible.
As a member of our bank team, you will provide support when additional staffing is required. This may include covering planned absences, holidays or other staffing needs. You will need to adapt confidently to different individuals and routines while providing consistent, respectful and person-centred support.
We are looking for dependable and approachable people who can work effectively as part of a team, follow individual support plans and build positive relationships with the people we support. Flexibility and a professional attitude are particularly important for this role.
Previous relevant support experience is essential.
