Ayvens is seeking an experienced and analytical People Change & Governance Advisor to join our growing team. You will act as the central governance, assurance and insight function for people change, overseeing transformation, HR change and business-as-usual activity.
Reporting to the Senior People Change & Governance Manager, you will support governance frameworks, monitor HR actions, manage risks, and provide monthly and quarterly MI including HR KPIs and KRIs.
