We are hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager who will be responsible for accelerating contact lens growth, developing and building trusting business partnerships with high opportunity customers, presenting new ideas and initiatives to them, and deploying category support and leadership, generating significant Contact lens category growth and Alcon share of sales with the individual franchises.

In this role, a typical day will include

Evaluate and assess each target practice (high opportunity, low Alcon market share) for their capability, feasibility, willingness, and hard commitment to realising growth and change.

Responsible to unlock next tier of doors (min 50) to gain hard commitments and access for Alcon growth.
