Alcon is seeking a Product Manager, Surgical to lead portfolio strategy and market preparation for the UK & Ireland region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Marketing to drive lifecycle management, pricing, and promotional planning for next-generation ophthalmic technologies.

In this role you’ll develop 360° campaigns, use analytics and CRM insights to optimise performance, and ensure market readiness with a data-driven approach.
