Alcon UK is seeking a Marketing Director for the Surgical division to lead a team of product managers and execute brand plans across the UK & Ireland. You will shape short and long-term marketing strategies, own the Surgical portfolio, and drive growth, market share, and commercial performance.
You will manage the UK&I marketing budget, build strong partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams, and influence portfolio decisions with data-driven insights.
