Overview

As a Practice Solutions Manager you will drive growth of Alcon\’s market share and CL penetration within top potential accounts through value‑adding services, customer engagement, digital solutions, category growth events and sell‑out activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner consultatively with Account Lead, ECPs and store teams to achieve mutually aligned goals and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Promote Alcon’s digital platform and encourage prescriptions/subscriptions, accelerating customer acquisition and enrollment.
• Assist ECPs in improving the consumer journey, including CL awareness, practice efficiency and subscription programs via the digital platform.
• Plan fitting events to support patient journey and enhance consumer experience with strategic Alcon brands.
• Maximize in‑store visibility through POS materials and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Coordinate educational curricula with Professional Education team.
• Collaborate with Senior Business Development Managers, Professional Education and Marketing to create and implement successful practice support model.

Qualifications

• Business administration background with extensive optical training or on‑the‑job experience.
• Opticians/optometrists with commercial experience.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and good communication skills at all levels.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Motivated, driven, and able to achieve great results.
• Agility and creativity in solving customer and company needs.
