Alcon is seeking a Marketing Director for our Surgical portfolio in the UK & Ireland. You will lead a team of Product Managers to develop and execute strategic marketing plans across the Surgical portfolio, drive growth, and own the regional budget.
You will influence portfolio strategy, launch readiness, customer engagement, and commercial performance while collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams across the region.
