We’re looking for a motivated and personable Software Delivery & Account Manager to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with clients to help them successfully implement and use our Evolutive CRM platform. You’ll guide them through the initial setup and configuration of their system, deliver training, and continue supporting them throughout their journey with us.
Each client uses the platform in a slightly different way, so no two projects are the same. You’ll work directly with organisations to understand their processes and help translate them into an effective digital solution. It’s a role that combines client relationship management, problem-solving, and technology, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while learning how systems work behind the scenes.
The role can be fast-paced, with multiple clients and projects running at the same time. You’ll need to be proactive, well-organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities. You don’t need to know our software before joining - we provide full training. What matters most is curiosity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
The role is based in our Chapeltown, Sheffield office (9am–5pm), with occasional travel to client sites across the UK.
Evolutive is a CRM/MIS platform used by organisations across the UK to deliver programmes that support businesses and individuals, many of which are funded through national government initiatives. Our clients include local authorities, universities, chambers of commerce, and organisations delivering business support, grant funding, and employability programmes. The platform helps teams manage business support, participant journeys, grants, marketing activity, and reporting through tools such as data dashboards, grant management, and diagnostic assessments. Each system is tailored to the needs of the organisation, with thousands of users across the UK relying on the software to manage their programmes efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting new and existing clients to get the most from the software
- Configuring new Evolutive systems to match each client’s processes
- Delivering training sessions and creating clear video training resources
- Acting as a key contact for clients, building strong and supportive relationships
- Working with our Helpdesk team to investigate and resolve client queries
- Leading on specifications for online forms (such as grant applications and business diagnostics) based on client requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written English
- An interest in technology and digital systems
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites across the UK
- Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential.
What You’ll Get
- A supportive, close-knit team environment
- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 30 days with service
- Healthcare benefits including dental and eye care after probation
- Discounted gym membership
- Access to financial planning services
- Employer pension contributions
- Opportunities to take part in charity and team events
