Alcidion is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join our UK Service Desk team.

You will provide technical and functional support across our Alcidion product suite, triaging incidents and ensuring resolution within SLAs in a healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to service improvements while supporting NHS Trusts’ EPR and health tech platforms.
