We are currently seeking an EPR Programme Manager to join us on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery UK, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex EPR deployments into acute hospital environments. This hands-on, delivery-focused role combines programme leadership, clinical transformation awareness and technical delivery oversight to ensure safe, effective go-lives and sustainable adoption. You will be accountable for governance, delivery assurance and outcomes across multiple workstreams, working closely with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Due to the location of the customer, we would ideally like the successful applicant to be based in the Southeast of England, or within reasonable travelling distance of Sussex, to support on-site engagement as required.
Day to Day Duties
- Lead EPR programmes from inception through go-live, stabilisation and BAU transition, coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
- Establish and run programme governance (working groups, checkpoints), maintaining clear risk and issue management, reporting, and decision-making across customer and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with acute clinical and operational leaders to deliver clinical readiness, training, adoption, and safe cutover planning, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Oversee core delivery components such as integrations, data migration and quality readiness, testing cycles (including UAT), and release/go-live planning.
- Ensure delivery aligns to Alcidion processes and relevant quality, security and risk standards (ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO31000).

Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering complex EPR deployments into an acute hospital environment, including go-live and stabilisation.
- Significant programme or senior project leadership experience across large-scale healthcare IT transformation with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with experience working with executive sponsors and clinical leaders and influencing at senior levels.
- Experience coordinating technical and operational delivery components such as integrations, data migration, testing, training and cutover planning.
- Strong governance, reporting and commercial management capability (deliverables, budget, change control, third parties).
