Our client, a high-growth Insurance Technology business with a range of next‑gen software offerings, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with experience in a high‑growth SaaS business to design and execute the company’s marketing strategy. Having achieved impressive, rapid growth since inception, the business is looking to increase revenues and further expand its growing customer base, whilst cementing its position as the new industry standard in commercial insurance software platforms.
The Marketing Manager will be a brand new role in our client’s business and they are seeking a highly energetic, dynamic marketing superstar with a demonstrable breadth of skills across all disciplines. The role, reporting to the CMO, offers an agile, flexible and high‑performing culture with progression available for the right candidate. The company is looking for an ambitious self‑starter, someone who can operate at both a tactical and strategic level.
Responsibilities:- To devise and deliver a full program of marketing campaigns into a defined target prospect database of the world’s leading insurance brands to drive new sales opportunities and own the lead creation and management process from end‑to‑end.
- To own, manage, report on and advise on all marketing activities including campaign management and execution, events, collateral, copy, digital, PR, social, product marketing and go‑to‑market strategy.
- To become the super‑user of all relevant marketing technology products including marketing automation and CRM tools and advise the business on future tech requirements to improve marketing performance.
- Create compelling value propositions.
- Define, build, and execute thought leadership program.
- Be the custodian of the brand and create and maintain a library of marketing and sales enablement tools.
- Own and report against a target of producing MQLs and defined KPIs for the business.
- Work with sales teams and ensure end‑to‑end reporting on all marketing qualified leads.
- Use web and marketing automation insights to continually improve marketing performance.
- Achieve coverage in relevant, industry publications/websites.
- Manage our clients’ events and presence at industry trade shows.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Track and monitor marketing budget.
Location: Home / Flexible with occasional travel to London
Experience / Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Experience of working within a high‑growth software/SaaS business.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience of working within the London insurance market desirable.
- Degree educated preferred but not essential.
