As we expand our regional sales structure across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and USA, we are seeking three Sales Executives to strengthen our commercial engine and ensure disciplined, scalable sales execution across each region.
Alchemy is a specialist insurance technology consultancy and global centre of excellence, partnering with leading insurers to modernise systems, enhance customer experience, and deliver next-generation insurance talent. Now part of NTT DATA, Alchemy is entering an exciting phase of international growth across the London Market and global P&C landscape.
Each role acts as a strategic second set of hands to the Regional Sales Director; expanding account coverage, deepening executive relationships, and progressing opportunities from early engagement through to commercial close. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor within the Guidewire ecosystem, positioning Alchemy's people-led consulting model and driving pipeline growth across existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Director to prioritise strategic pursuits and build on business development activity to grow Guidewire partnerships.
- Help execute a growth strategy aligned with Alchemy's FY26 sales and revenue objectives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with Alchemy's delivery and client teams to position the right capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide strategic commercial input into proposals while Pre-Sales leads the development process.
- Work in close alignment with Pre-Sales on opportunity qualification and solution positioning.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-sell.
- Contribute to internal enablement by sharing market intelligence, competitor insights, and Guidewire roadmap updates.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the insurance technology or systems integration space.
- Proven success selling Guidewire, an equivalent P&C transformation solution or in Specialty Insurance.
- Strong existing network within insurers, software vendors, and system integrators.
- Demonstrated experience owning commercial negotiations and closing deals.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- For the European role, multilingual capability is highly preferred (German or French advantageous).
