We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food offering to the next level.

The Role As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.

You will play a key role in creating seasonal menus, managing food costs, and leading a motivated kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.

Design and deliver fresh, seasonal menus for the clubhouse, functions and special events.

Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.

Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.

Monitor food margins and control kitchen costs.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Recruit, train and develop kitchen staff.

Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Cater for weddings, corporate events, golf days and member functions.

We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

A passion for producing fresh, high-quality food.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Experience managing food costs and kitchen budgets.

A good understanding of allergen management and food safety legislation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during busy event periods.
