We are looking on behalf of our client, 4-star hotel in Derry, for friendly, reliable and hardworking Room Attendants to join the housekeeping team As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high 4-star standard. Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities. Vacuum, dust and clean all areas of guest rooms. Replenish toiletries and guest supplies. Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and correctly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene. Follow hotel health, safety and housekeeping procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets. Provide a friendly and professional service to guests when required. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience, although full training can be provided. Excellent attention to detail. A positive and hardworking attitude. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time-management and organisational skills. A professional and friendly manner.
