We are currently recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager to join our team based at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern:

  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Various Work Pattern Available
  • Must be Available for Night and Weekends

The Role:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
  • Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays.
  • Completing onsite quality Audits.
  • Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
  • Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings.
  • Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary.
  • Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.

The Person:

  • Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked.
  • An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
  • Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
