About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates.

You'll build lasting relationships, develop new business opportunities, and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.

Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.

Match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Negotiate job offers and support candidates through onboarding.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records using the company's recruitment system.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service is desirable.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, target-driven, and resilient attitude.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
