Hotel Night Porter in Belfast

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and responsible Night Porter to join the team of one of Belfast's newest 4 star hotels As Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of the hotel throughout the night, providing excellent service to our guests and preparing the hotel for the following day. Key Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting guests arriving or departing during the night Checking in late arrivals and handling guest enquiries Monitoring the hotel and ensuring the safety and security of guests and the building Carrying out regular security checks and completing night audit procedures Handling telephone calls and guest requests professionally Dealing with any issues or emergencies that may arise overnight Setting up breakfast areas and completing basic preparation for the morning team Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas Completing administrative and handover duties We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable and customer-focused Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently Calm and confident when dealing with unexpected situations Comfortable working alone and during unsociable hours Well organised with good attention to detail A good communicator with a professional manner Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided What We Offer Competitive pay Staff discounts and benefits Training and development opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment Free meals / uniform / parking / pension / other benefits If you are looking for a role where no two nights are quite the same and you enjoy providing great service to guests, we would love to hear from you.
