A well-known and established online retailer based at Nutt's Corner, Co Antrim is seeking to recruit a Team Leader due to a large increase in sales volumes. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a retail or warehouse environment.
Duties will include:
- the ability to pick/pack orders
- ensuring dispatch timescales are met
- managing and motivating a small team to work effectively under pressure
- arranging staff rotas and cover
- loading and unloading goods
- stock check duties
Hours of work: 4 on 4 off shift basis, 5.30pm-6am (12 hour shifts)
Rate of Pay: £13.20ph-£13.50ph
This is a temporary full-time position with excellent prospects of becoming permanent depending on performance. Own transport an advantage due to location and shift times. Immediate start for successful candidates.
